Upper & Lower Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 92

This 65 year old man presented with heavy bags on his lower eyelids as well as laxity and heaviness in the upper lids.

Clinically he had a number of challenges including severe skin laxity and redundancy. There was also brow ptosis (sagging), upper lid ptosis (lid margin hangs lower than desirable), poor lid margin tone and prominence of the fat in the upper and lower lids.

An upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed along with a lower lid canthopexy to tighten the lid margin on both sides. . This patient was very happy with the results and declined any further surgery to address the upper lid margin position.  Photos were done at 3 months post-op.
