This 63 year old woman was reviewed with an interest in facial rejuvenation. She had heavy upper eyelids as well as lower eyelid laxity.  Her midface had significant deflation with down turning of the mouth corners.  She also had some jowling and laxity of the jaw area and neck.

In order to address these areas a facelift with both upper and lower eyelid lifts were done. As the photos show combining these procedures resulted in a more youthful, rested final appearance. It was important for her to be able to look natural and choose her hair style without visible signs of having had surgery. Surgical scars at this early stage of recovery remain pink but are expected become very discrete.
