Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 59

At 65 this patient had been considering surgery for the past 4-5 years. This patient had disproportionate sagging to the upper portion to the face that seemed to be aging faster than the rest of her face. She felt her eyelids and brow looked un-even and heavy which made her look tired and older than she was. 

During consultation the use of BOTOX was discussed to give her modest improvements but a much better solution to rejuvenate her appearance would be surgery. A temporal and lateral brow elevation through an endoscopic approach combined with a upper eyelid blepharoplasty was recommended and performed to address brow asymmetry and eyelid heaviness.
