Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 42

This gentleman came to the see Dr. Mosher to inquire about options for looking younger and more rested. He had recently lost weight and improved his overall health but felt that he looked tired and older than he felt. Correcting his upper lid heaviness and some further contouring of his neck was agreed upon. He was very concerned about changing his appearance too much and did not want others to easily be able to tell he underwent surgery.

Upper lid blepharoplasty and SmartLipo of the neck was performed. His post operative photos are taken 3 months after these surgeries. 

He returned to his workplace in one week and has noticed continued improvement in his appearance every week. He has maintained his healthier lifestyle and no longer gets as many questions about whether or not he is tired. 

Dr. Mosher notes that for men, eyelid surgery and neck liposuction is common in this age group and offers a quick recovery and lasting results. As this patient develops more facial skin laxity, he will have many options to consider that will complement the results of his treatments to date. Lower eyelid surgery and a lower facelift could also have been considered for more complete rejuvenation.
