This very pleasant 63 year old woman had recently retired and felt that she wanted to look fresher. For many years she had been bothered by the heaviness around her upper eyelids.

Rejuvenation of the upper eyelids required addressing the asymmetry of her brows and upper eyelid skin excess. An endoscopic browlift was combined with a standard upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

Removing skin in the upper eyelid alone in this case would have created a deeper eyelid crease but she would not have looked refreshed.
