Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 321

This 48 year old woman came to our office after noticing a change in the shape of her left breast over the last year. She had her original breast augmentation about 12 years ago with a different surgeon.

During her consultation it was determined that she had a capsular contracture to her left breast. It was recommended to replace both of her implants and to address the capsule (scar tissue) at the time of this surgery.

Her original implants were a cohesive silicone gel, low profile implant with 330cc. The patient wanted to stay approximately the same size. Dr. Mosher recommended smooth 'soft touch', moderate profile implants with 375cc.
