Revision Breast Surgery Before & After Case 161

This 27 year old woman 5'5" weighing 129 lbs was bothered by looseness to her breasts that had developed since her original breast augmentation surgery 9 years prior. During consultation it was discussed that she had normal aging of her breast shape in addition to stretching of breast implant pockets. The breast tissues were thin and previously placed saline implants were easily felt with rippled edges.

Pre-op implants were saline filled 415 cc on the right and 450 cc on the left side in a partially sub-pectoral pocket. Inspira cohesive silicone gel implants SRF 465 cc on the right and 520 cc on the left with modifications to the pocket shape and dimension.

The post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. The patient noticed improved position and shape of her breasts and preferred the feel of her cohesive gel implants.
