Male Breast Reduction Before & After Case 303

This 26 year old man came to the office to discuss options for his breast tissue. He was self conscious of the puffiness of his nipples. We discussed that a staged procedure was recommended with the first stage involving a removal of excess tissue behind the nipples. This would allow the stretched areolar skin an opportunity to shrink while correcting the chest contours. A second procedure was planned for 6 months after the first to tighten and perhaps reduce the diameter of the areolar skin. After the first stage operation this patient was happy with the improvements and further surgery was not necessary.
