Male Breast Reduction Before & After Case 292

This young man came to us to discuss a male breast reduction. He had worked hard to lose a total of 50 lbs but was still troubled and embarrassed by the appearance of his breasts. He had been using hormone therapies as part of his weight loss plan, unaware that these supplements can lead to excess breast tissue in males.

Risks and outcomes of male breast reduction were discussed and understood by patient. A reduction through liposuction and excision of tissue was performed.
