35 construction worker had been bothered by prominent breasts since his teenage years. He had tried extremes of dieting and exercise but saw no improvement in his chest. He was bothered by the prominence of his breasts as well as the size of his areolae.

Surgical correction involved VASER (ultrasound assisted liposuction) combined with a direct excision of some of the breast tissue. A circumareolar reduction was also carried out which reduced the diameter of his areola to a more proportional and masculine look.

After surgery he has become more motivated to become fit and lean. In the past, the leaner he got the more prominent and bothersome his breasts became. His has been very happy to have finally addressed what had bothered him for years.
