Breast Lift Before & After Case 181

This 36 year old mother of one was happy with the size of her breasts but wanted them perkier with more fullness and improved symmetry. Her goals could only be achieved with a breast lift or with a breast lift and an augmentation. Adding an implant at the time of the breast lift was discouraged.  A standard mastopexy with liposuction contouring to her axilla was recommended and carried out. Possible augmentation as a second stage procedure was discussed prior to surgery. She has been happy with her improvements without an augmentation. Avoiding a breast implant avoids complications and maintenance procedures that can occur with breast implants.
