Breast Implant Removal Before & After Case 432

This 36-year-old patient from Mission, BC came to see Dr. Mosher about removing her textured implants. She was on the fence about removing them completely or replacing them with silicone or saline implants. 

During her consultation, Dr. Mosher reviewed her history of weight loss, pregnancy, the laxity of her tissues, and how these factors would affect the outcome of her options. He discussed the risks and expectations associated with removal and replacement, or just the removal of her implants. They discussed that there was some scar tissue surrounding the implants that would be removed during the procedure as well. In the end, they agreed upon the removal of the implants with capsulectomy, and these photos depict her results at her 5-month follow-up.
