This woman had considered surgery for more than 5 years. Through her own research she was interested in shaped cohesive silicone gel implants in the hope of achieving a fuller but natural result.

During her consultation different solutions were discussed. She understood the limitations of surgery as well as the fact that her breasts were asymmetrical. These differences were not important to her. It also became apparent that she was looking for a larger and rounder result that would be best achieved using a round implant rather than a shaped implant. Round, high profile, cohesive silicone gel implants were selected and placed into a sub-pectoral pocket. Implant size was 425 cc.
