Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 73
Before & After
Case Details
This young woman was very shy and self-conscious about her small breasts. She had one child and was not planning on more. During her pregnancy her breasts did not change substantially. She was hoping for a "B" cup to help balance her proportions.
Style 15 371 cc cohesive silicone gel implants were positioned into a dual plane pocket via the inframammary fold.
Dr. Mosher points out that with a very small, tight and constricted lower breast to begin with, the final shape evolution is more predictable with implants that are proportional in size. Large implants are a bad idea for nearly all women but particularly for those with smaller and tighter breasts. Breast augmentation often has little impact on the shape and tone of the nipple and areola with individual outcomes being variable.
