45 year old woman with two children. She was wanting a natural and fuller final look to her breasts. She had thought about this for many years but procrastinated because of fears about looking "fake" as well as being worried with what others may think of breast augmentation surgery.

Based on her anatomy and goals, a natural shaped implant was recommended. Natrelle FF 335 cc implants were placed in a sub-pectoral position through a crease incision.
