Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 7

This young woman had thought about breast augmentation for some time. She was 21 years old, 5' 6" and 125 lbs. She felt most comfortable with saline filled implants and wanted the largest size that would still look natural and suit the rest of her body.

All options were discussed with her. She understood that saline implants had a slightly higher incidence of revisional surgery over time due to more frequent problems with rippling, sagging and deflation compared to cohesive silicone gel implants. She preferred liked the idea of a saline filled implant and the smaller incisions required to place them also appealed to her.

A round, saline implant was placed into a sub-pectoral pocket on each side. The right side final volume was 360 cc and the left side 345 cc. She has been very happy with her results.
