Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 66

This 32-year-old woman came in for consultation wanting to improve the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She was 5"4 and 135 lbs. She felt good about her weight and fitness level but her breasts were empty and her tummy loose. She was currently a 34 A and requested a 34 D. She had had 3 children including one delivery with a C-section. She wanted larger and rounder breasts as well as wanting to remove the excess skin on her stomach.

During her consultation it was felt that she was a good candidate for abdominal and breast surgery and that these procedures could be completed in stages or as a single procedure. A standard abominoplasty was done in addition to breast augmentation.  Natrelle Style 120, 400 cc, round textured cohesive gel implants were placed into a sub-pectoral position though a crease incision. Post-op she is very happy with the results and feels that she can finally fill out her clothes the way that she had hoped to

Dr. Mosher recommended several options for her breast augmentation. Smaller and lower profile implants would have achieved a more natural proportion and shape. The exaggerated upper pole fullness will diminish over time. Carefully discussing and agreeing to the goals of surgery is an essential part of the consultation process.
