Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 6

This 22 year old woman had been considering breast augmentation for a few years. She had recently lost 15 lbs by improving her diet and becoming more active. She was not happy with the loss of tone and volume in her breasts with this weight loss and felt that she wanted breast augmentation now more than ever. 

She had also always wanted to have her areolae smaller and was concerned about them stretching with augmentation surgery.

She was looking for a full and rounded final result. It was reviewed with her before surgery that her breasts were not the same size or shape and that her areolae would likely enlarge with augmentation surgery. She was 5' 3" and 138 lbs.

She underwent bilateral breast augmentation through a peri-areolar incision using textured, round cohesive silicone gel implants. Right side 322 cc and Left side 290 cc. A reduction in her areola was performed at the same time with an incision that goes all the way around the areola. 

She was very happy with her results and enjoyed wearing a bathing suit again as evidenced by her new tan lines.
