Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 54

10 years previously this young woman had bilateral breast augmentation elsewhere using 240 cc saline implants with pleasing results. A few months prior to her consultation she had noticed a change to the look and feel of her left breast. Her examination revealed that she likely had a deflated left breast implant in addition to well established capsular contractures on both sides.

Revisional surgery was recommended. She had been happy with the size of her breast but preferred to be a bit larger and wanted a more natural feeling breast implant. Revisional surgery was successful using round cohesive silicone gel implants and bilateral capsulectomy. The new implants were 370 cc in volume. Her after pictures are 5 months after revisional surgery.
