This young mother wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts after breastfeeding. She felt she lost a lot of volume after having children.  She was looking for a small, natural enhancement. 

Dr. Mosher reviewed her anatomy during her consultation and discussed the option of a breast lift, to remove redundant skin and lift and tighten the breast. This patient was not ready for the scars associated with a breast lift. 

This patient chose smooth round high profile 350cc Cohesive I silicone gel implants.
