Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 481

This patient wanted to increase the volume of her breasts. 

In consult with Dr. Mosher, her breast anatomy and natural asymmetries were discussed. A breast lift (mastopexy) with augmentation (implants) was recommended for best results. It was reviewed that symmetry of her breasts would only be corrected with a mastopexy (breast lift) procedure. This patient did not want to have the scars associated with a breast lift and opted for just an augmentation. 

Significant upper pole fullness and mild symmetrical improvements were achieved with smooth-shelled, moderate profile 300c silicone implants, placed under the muscle.
