Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 4

This is a 35 year old mother of two children who was a "D" cup during her pregnancy. Her last child was born via C-section. She felt it was time to do something for herself and wanted to improve her breast and tummy.

She was 5'4" and 123 lbs.

She was an excellent candidate for breast and tummy surgery. This was contingent upon her continuing to not smoke and maintenaning a healthy lifestyle. Her goal was a rounded final breast shape and she elected to choose a round, cohesive silicone gel implant.

Implants of 371 cc were placed sub-pectorally through a crease incision. A modified abdominoplasty was performed at the same time.
