Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 351

This young mother from interior BC was feeling deflated after having children and wanted to restore the fullness of breasts.

During her consultation with Dr. Mosher it was determined that she had small asymmetries between her breasts and some post pregnancy laxity to her breasts. A standard mastopexy was recommended to improve the breast shape and asymmetries. 

This  patient did not want the scars associated with a lift and opted to start with a breast augmentation only, and reconsider the lift later in life if desired. \

The patient selected 375cc smooth, round moderate profile gel implants from the range recommended by Dr. Mosher. The implants were placed into a subglandular position to provide more upper pole fullness.
