Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 35

27 years old, 5'6" and 145 lbs.

This young woman was not planning on children for a while and always wanted much fuller breasts. During consultation she was felt to be an excellent candidate for surgery and many different options were discussed. Her breast measurements, tissue tone  and proportions allowed her to consider an implant with a base width of up to 13 cm. She chose a larger round cohesive silicone gel implant.

Allergan, Style 120, high profile,  400 cc implants were positioned subpectorally. Post op photos were taken 6 months after surgery. She was comfortably wearing a 34 C/D and felt very happy about her results.

Her younger and firmer tissues contributed to a fuller and rounder final result which is what she had desired.
