Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 33

5'6" tall and 120 lbs

This woman was 34 years old and had two small children. Breast augmentation surgery only crossed her mind after her first child. Following her last child she felt that she wanted this surgery to regain a sense of balance and a more feminine appearance. She felt most comfortable with a saline breast implant and wanted natural proportions and shape.

Her very lean torso made her a much higher risk patient for disappointments after surgery. She was informed that implant edges, ripples, wrinkles and a more easily seen implant contour was likely after surgery. A silicone gel implant was recommended to lower the risk of these problems. However, this patient was willing to accept the trade-offs associated with a saline implant.

Moderate projection, round saline implants were placed into a subpectoral position to optimize her results. On the right side a 300 cc implant was filled to 320 cc while on the left a 300 cc implant was filled to 350 cc to improve her symmetry.

She has be thrilled with her final results. She feels that she asked for and recieved a natural looking result that balances her proportions.
