Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 285

This 24 year old woman came to our office to discuss breast augmentation. 

During consultation we discussed goals and the options that could be considered. She was quite active and athletic, desired a full but proportional final outcome. Although similar results could be achieved with gel or saline, this patient felt more comfortable with a saline filled device. Moderate profile 300 cc saline implants that were to different volumes (350 R, 315 L) and positioned differently to address asymmetry. Implants were placed into a dual plane position.
