Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 28

5'4" tall and 120 lbs.

This 21 year old woman wanted larger and more shapely breasts. She was currently wearing a 'B" cup and wanted to be a full "C" cup. She understood that cup size was not something that could be guaranteed with this surgery. Her lean torso dictated the implants be placed into subpectoral position.

Moderate profile saline filled implants were chosen. The implants were 330 cc filled to a volume of 350 cc on each side. Her younger tissues and no previous history of pregnancies contributed to the success of her surgery. Note how the previous breast shape, nipple position and shape has influenced the final shape of her breasts.
