Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 278

This 35 year old mother of 1 came to the office feeling that her breasts were saggy and deflated after breast feeding and was hoping to create some natural volume to her breasts. 

A few options to address laxity, asymmetry and lack of volume to upper breast were discussed. A smaller implant combined with a breast lift or a medium to larger implant without a lift was discussed. Laxity, current position of the nipple/areolar complex and overall size goals are important issues that influence each persons surgical plan. After discussing size and profile options, Inspira SSF 335 cc cohesive silicone gel implants were agreed upon and inserted in a dual plane pocket through a crease incision.
