Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 273

This 35 year old mother of 3 came to our office concerned about the size and shape of her breasts. After having her children she felt deflated. Her bra size was a 36A and was hoping for a larger CC cup size, but still wanted to look natural.

During examination is was revealed that the patient had laxity and asymmetries to her breasts. Options for breast augmentation and risks of surgery were discussed. Options of implant style and profile were discussed and Inspira SRF 385 cc cohesive silicone gel implants were selected. A crease incision and a subpectoral location was utilized.
