Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 27

5' 1" tall and 106 lbs.

This lady was 41 years old and had three children. Losing some weight and improving her fitness level was the final straw that made her decide to finally go ahead with cosmetic breast surgery. Her clothes no longer fit well and she was tired of adding padding and being creative to get her chest to look nice in a dress.

It was determined that a younger breast shape could be achieved with a breast augmentation alone with a the size determined by her measurements and need to fill out the loose breast tissue. Round, cohesive silicone gel implants were selected and placed into a sub-pectoral position. Each implant was 371 cc. She has been very happy with the results.
