Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 25

5'0" tall and 101 lbs. This lady is a mother of two young children and wanted to have her breasts back. She was a smaller "B" cup before surgery and was now looking for a larger and natural looking result.

During her consultation she was found to be an excellent candidate for cosmetic breast surgery. Her measurements indicated that optimal results would be obtained with a a modest sized cohesive silicone gel implant placed behind the muscle tissue. A shaped cohesive silicone gel implant of 255 cc was recommended to her. After additional dialogue it was clear that she was looking for a larger final result and preferred a rounded upper breast shape even if this looked a bit "fake". She elected to have larger than recommended implants.

Round, textured, silicone gel implants each 322 cc were selected. She is very happy with her outcome and described her feelings to Dr. Mosher as "my new breasts and your office are both awesome!"
