Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 23

This 29 year old lady had been wanting breast augmentation surgery off and on for years. She works in the health care field and finally felt ready and comfortable with the procedure. 

After becoming much more fit and lean she felt that her always small breasts had become even smaller. 

During her consultation she was felt to be an excellent candidate and requested round, full breasts that were proportional to her body. The differences in her areolar diameters, nipple heights and shape differences were not of high concern. She understood that these features would not be corrected with surgery.

Style 120, 400 cc high profile round implants were placed into a partially sub-pectoral position. She stated that she is very happy with her breasts and wished that she had had the courage to have this done years earlier.
