Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 229

This 42 year old woman came to our office with the goal of modestly improving her breast size. 

After meeting with Dr. Mosher in consultation, it was determined that this patient had significant chest wall asymmetries which could be addressed with the use of two different implant sizes. 

To achieve a natural and modest appearance, this patient chose to proceed with smooth, round, silicone implants. Dr. Mosher recommended a low-profile 230 cc implant for her left breast and a moderate profile, 360 cc implant for her right breast in order to provide a more balanced and symmetrical appearance.

Post-operative photos were taken at 3 month follow-up appointment. This patient still has some slight asymmetries, but was very happy with the proportions of her breasts post-op.
