This 46 year old woman worked hard to lose over 90lbs. Now at her ideal weight, she came to our office to discuss her surgical options for breast laxity. She is looking to achieve improved breast shape and size.
This patient had consulted with multiple doctors prior to coming to our office; however, after discussing her options with Dr. Mosher, she decided to move forward with his recommendation. A moderate-sized, full projection implant was selected to best suit her body’s proportions and achieve her desired volume. Inspira SRF365 cohesive gel implants placed in the sub-pectoral position.
Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient is very happy with her results.
