Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 197

This 35 year old mother of 2, was looking to achieve increased fullness to her breasts. She was concerned that breastfeeding had caused her breasts to look “deflated” and to increase her upper breast volume. 
Breast augmentation options and implant styles were discussed in office and Vectra 3D imaging was completed to simulate desired results. The patient agreed with Dr. Mosher’s recommendation of a moderate-sized implant and selected Inspira cohesive gel implants to be placed in the sub-pectoral position. To improve on breast symmetry, different implant sizes were selected.
Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. The patient was happy with the improved, “natural” looking shape and increased size.
