Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 191

This 52 year old woman wanted to enhance her breasts’ natural appearance with an increase in overall volume.
After discussing her breast surgery options with Dr. Mosher, she elected to proceed with augmentation. To optimize the final shape of her breasts, a sub-glandular pocket was recommended. This can be a good choice for patient with adequate breast tissue. She chose Inspira round, moderate-projection, cohesive silicone gel implants. To improve her breast asymmetry Dr. Mosher recommended different implant sizes for each breast. The right breast implant was an Inspira SRM330 and the left an Inspira SRM 345.

Post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. Patient had been considering breast surgery for a number of years and was very excited with the results.
