IDEAL Structured Implants RT 335cc, crease incision

This 32 year old mother of three came to our office looking to rejuvenate her breasts. She felt her breasts had lost fullness and was looking to increase her breasts by 2 “cup” sizes.

After discussing the options in office with Dr. Mosher, she was interested in the features of the IDEAL Structured saline filled implants. The saline filler and the lack of future implant integrity MRI screening appealed to her. The patient chose to proceed with 335cc implants placed sub-pectoral with a crease incision. She has been happy with the “natural feel and movement of her breasts and the improved symmetry achieved with different final fill volumes determined by Dr. Mosher.

The post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
