IDEAL Structured Implants 300cc, Dual plane, crease incision

This 25 year old woman had been considering breast augmentation for a number of years looking to achieve a natural appearing and proportional increase in her breasts. She came in wearing a 32 B bra and was looking to achieve a large C-cup. She understood that cup size could not be guaranteed and was accepting of a proportional planning approach that included the use of Vectra 3D imaging.

After discussing the options in the office and learning more about the pros and cons of saline filled and silicone gel devices, she preferred IDEAL Structured saline-filled implants. A 300 cc base volume implant was chosen.

The post-operative photos were taken 3 months after surgery. The patient loves the improved fullness and shape of her breasts as well as her improved breast symmetry.
