Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 177

This 53 year old mother of two was bothered by loss of volume to her breasts after having children. She is a very active woman with mild asymmetries to her breasts and chest wall which were reviewed in consultation. A round cohesive silicone gel implant was recommended to fill out her breast and restore volume to the upper breast where she lacked any volume. Inspira 310cc moderate projecting implants were selected and placed in a subpectoral position. The patient was very happy with the size and results achieved.
