Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 167

This 21 year old 5' 0" 95 lb woman was bothered by the small size of her breasts. She desired a very full and round final result that was not too large for her smaller frame. She has not had any children and was not planning on starting a family for several years.

A round cohesive silicone gel implant was preferred by the patient. An Inspira SRX 370 cc implant was placed in a sub-pectoral position using a crease incision. The patient selected an "extra-full" profile implant with the recommended base width for her torso. Her goal of a round and partially "fake" final breast shape was achieved at the time of post-operative photos taken at 3 months after surgery.
