Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 12

5' 2" tall and 120 lbs. 34 A

This young athletic woman requested a large increase to her breast size and preferred a rounded and more "fake look"  augmented breasts. She considered all of her options and felt most comfortable with a saline filled implant.

During her consultation she understood that her right breast was a bit smaller and the nipple was positioned more laterally than the left. She was willing to accept that this could not be corrected and that she would be at a higher risk of problems by choosing larger than recommended implants. 

Her lean and fit torso also meant that her implant edges would more likely be felt and seen. Round, saline filled implants were placed through a 3 cm long incision in the inframammary fold. Right 405 cc and Left 390 cc. She has been very happy with results and now wheres a 34 C or in some cases a 34 D.
