Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 110

This woman who was 40 years old had finished having children and wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. Her breasts were B cup in volume with a youthful shape. Inspira highly cohesive silicone gel implants were selected and placed into a partially subpectoral position with a crease incision. SSM 370 cc implants were used.

Photos were taken at 3 months post op. Her pre-op breast shape, measurements and goals of a full but natural final shape influenced the choice of implant. Breast crease surgical scars remain colorful at 3 months post op. This is common for all surgical scars and continue to improve over time.
