Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 79

This 31 year old lady had finished having children and wanted to improve the appearance of her breasts. Her breasts were asymmetrical in both shape and volume. She also had stretch marks with sagging and poor tone to her breasts. She was a B cup with her right breast slightly larger than her left.

A breast lift and augmentation was recommended. Standard vertical short scar mastopexy (breast lift) combined with augmentation. Style 15 304 cc for the left and 286cc for the right were used. The result at 4 months post-op was improved shape, volume and symmetry.

Dr. Mosher has recommended a scar managment protocol that should result in further fading and maturing of her scars.
