Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 430

This 60-year-old patient from Hope, BC was bothered by intermittent breast discomfort and gravity-related changes to the breast. She previously had breast augmentation and lift with Dr. Mosher 17 years prior.

During her consultation, Dr. Mosher reviewed her breast history, desired outcome, and risks of revisional surgery. They discussed the options of leaving her breast as is, removal and lift, or removal and replacement with a lift. The patient opted for the option of removing and replacing her old gel implants with slightly smaller implants, along with a lift. 

These photos were taken 5 months after her surgery. Her scars are healing as expected and will continue to improve over the next 6-12 months.
