Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 368

This young mother from the Fraser Valley was looking to rejuvenate her appearance after having children. 

Like many women, her c-section scar was causing a "ledge" to her lower abdomen, and breastfeeding had left her longing for "perkier" breasts. 

During her personal consultation with Dr. Mosher, he offered this patient a variety of surgical options. 

To address her abdominal concerns, a Standard Tummy Tuck with muscle repair and liposuction was recommended. Dr. Mosher also offered a Mini Tummy Tuck only with Liposuction to address skin laxity and excess volume to her abdomen but not address the mild muscle separation. 

To rejuvenate her breasts, a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Breast Implants was recommended.

Although a standard tummy tuck was recommended for best results this patient opted to proceed with a Mini Tummy Tuck with Liposuction at the time of a breast lift with implants. 

Photos were taken at 5 months post surgery. Surgical scars will continue to heal with time. This patient was very happy with her results.
