Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 32

5'3" tall and 130 lbs

23 year old mother of two young children. After her last child she felt that her breasts deflated and sagged. She also was bothered by the asymmetry of her breasts and felt that both breasts needed to be larger.

She was disappointed to learn that she would need a breast lift in order to achieve an improved breast shape. Although she had adequate tissue to have an isolated breast lift, she requested larger breasts as well. Prior to being offered breast lift surgery she had to stop smoking completely in order to lower her risks of wound healing and anesthetic complications.

Her results are captured in photos taken 9 months after surgery. Round silicone gel implants were used along with a standard vertical breast lift on each side. The right side implant was 304 cc and the left side was 286 cc. She has been very happy with her results and continues to be a non-smoker!
