Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 31

5'4" tall and 130 lbs.

27 year old woman who had always desired larger and more balanced breasts. She was bothered by the appearance of her breasts and felt that they were droopy, the areolae were too large and that both breasts were too small. She had not yet had children and was not planning on a family for several years.

Several options were discussed with her including surgeries that would reduce just her left breast, augment just her right breast or enhance the size of both breasts as well as reducing the diameter of her areolae. She felt strongly that her left breast needed to be larger as well so a conservative augmentation of both breasts was completed along with a circumareolar or peri-areolar mastopexy.

Round silicone gel implants were used. On the right a moderate profile 322 cc and on the left a low profile 210 cc implant was used. Improvement in size, symmetry and proportions were achieved and the patient has been very happy with her outcome.
