Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 30

5'3" tall and 125 lbs. This patient was 35 years old and had two young children. During the previous year she had lost nearly 25 lbs after working with a trainer for several months. This resulted in even more deflation of her breast shape than she had after her last child was born 4 years previously. She was bothered by the looseness and empty look to her breasts along with the differnences in their size and appearance. She found that her right breast was larger and looser than her left.

Her examination revealed a very fit appearing woman who had droopy, deflated and asymmetrical breasts. For her to achieve her goals she needed more volume and a lift to reshape her breasts. Modest sized cohesive silicone gel implants were recommended not only because of her petite size but also because of the poor tone of her breast tissues.

Round silicone gel implants, 265 cc each were placed and a standard mastopexy was completed. Her post operative photos were taken 1 year after surgery. The appearing of her scars is typical of breast lift surgery and the patient is very happy with her results. There is some persistant asymmetry in her breasts with her larger right breast stretching more than the left. The patient feels that her breast surgery has been a "wonderful experience" and has been kind enough to refer several of her friends.
