Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 26

42, 5'5" tall and 130 lbs. This woman had considered cosmetic breast surgery since having her last child 7 years earlier. Her goal was to restore her breast size and shape as well as regaining confidence in her breast appearance. She was also hoping for an improved symmetry to her breasts.

During consultation it became clear that she was looking for a larger breast as well as a more youthful breast shape. Breast augmentation combined with a full mastopexy (breast lift) was recommended. Round cohesive silicone gel implants were placed partially behind the muscle along with the standard breast lift. The implants were 265 cc each in size. Her post operative photos were obtained nearly two years after surgery. Different photographic systems were used but the improvements remain apparent.
