Breast Augmentation and Lift Before & After Case 200

This 29 year old woman came to our office interested in revisional breast surgery after undergoing breast augmentation and standard Mastopexy with another surgeon in 2013. This patient felt that her original implants were too large, sat too low and were uneven after have children.
After discussing her options, it was recommended that a revisional standard Mastopexy be performed to reshape the breast and tighten the pocket. A smaller and less heavy implant was selected to achieve proportional breast shape and volume. After surgery, this patient was very happy with the smaller size, improved shape and placement of her breasts. The photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
